Class Room:-

At Sri Guru Harkrishan Public School the spacious well-ventilated fully air conditioned classrooms with natural light, provide a conducive environment for learning to the students. Every classroom has audio-visual facilities and ergonomically designed age-appropriate furniture

Music Room:-

Music is valued as an important subject and thus music class is included in the curriculum. These lessons focus on listening, creating, appreciation and performing. The students at SGHPS are engaged in pursuing their passions and learn to appreciate and create a wide range of musical styles, from classical to contemporary, from jazz to blues and rock & pop. The students participate in many and varied performances to showcase their talent and creativity.

Science Lab:-

Meaningful learning occurs when lab activities are well- integrated into the learning sequence and experiments. Our Science lab is well designed, spacious enough to accommodate around 50 students so that they acquire skill and confidence in their experiment based learning. our lab is well equipped and systematic with all the apparatus chemicals, specimens, stains, glassware and reagents required for the smooth conduct of various experiments as per CBSE guidelines. Our lab is well- lit and has adequate number of water points which are essential for its smooth and safe functioning. All in all, our lab is a place where students learn and discover the mysteries of science in the safest possible way.

Library:-

“Readers are Leaders” rightly said. Through reading and reviews, learners become confident and skilled communicators who take charge of their own lifelong learning. Learners are offered opportunities for choice reading by offering wide range of fiction and non-fiction resources. We have a well stocked library with open access. To inculcate the reading habit, learners are given books for home reading too.

Play Ground:-

"What can be learned on the ground cannot be learned in the classroom"

At SGHPS, we lay a strong emphasis on sports, physical development, skills like strength, speed, endurance, agility, flexibility, control, balance etc. Sports today has also evolved as a form of entertainment and also offers promising careers. We believe in mass participation, exposing our students to a number of sports events at inter-school, state, national and international level. Every student is encouraged to join at least one school sports team. The Physical Education teachers we employ are young and energetic with a good amount of expertise in sports and provide coaching for sports like Football, Volleyball, Kho-Kho, Cricket, Netball, Badminton.

Computer Lab:-

A computer laboratory plays an important to enhance the scientific and technological research and invention capacity of students. Digitally enhanced learning methods through various equipment and initiatives allow us to enhance a child’s learning capabilities, keeping up with the pace of the world. To empower our students to be better prepared to deal with ongoing technological changes in society and the workplace, IT is integral to the teaching-learning interaction. We use a diverse set of tools to communicate, create, disseminate, store, and manage information. The IT curriculum focuses on a broad exposure to technologies aimed at enhancing the creativity, imagination, problem-solving and higher-order thinking of the learners. Teachers are digitally literate and regularly trained to use cloud-based tools and applications. Laptops, digitized classrooms, high-speed internet connectivity and security measures ensure that teaching, learning, assessment and administration ensure seamlessly.
